we keep your profile data as long as your account is active. deleted content is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under laws such as the gdpr or ccpa. requests can be made from settings or by emailing compliance@amverd.app.
data is encrypted in transit and at rest. access is limited to staff who need it to operate the service, and we run regular security reviews.
amverd may process data in countries other than your own; where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards for these transfers.
